Why it exists
Ideas, tasks, notes and goals pile up in different places until maintaining the organization becomes work of its own. I wanted a system where the relationships are clear: what an action belongs to, why it matters, and what outcome the larger project is meant to produce.
Approach
The core separates Projects from Tasks and connects them with relations. Projects carry area, type, status, outcome, deadline and stage, and dashboards give different ways into the same underlying work.
A progressive template system gives projects structure as they develop. An idea starts with discovery: the problem, intended user, desired outcome, unknowns and references. Stage buttons then add the material for later work. The first discovery-to-design transition has been tested. I also treat buttons, templates and automations as behavior to verify: creating a task or advancing a project should produce the expected relationships and state.
What I learned
An early idea and an active build need different kinds of attention, and forcing one large template on both adds friction before the work has earned it. The later-stage lifecycle and a transferable go-to-market version of the same method are still in design, not shipped.
